Murray Grigg began his career in the oil and gas industry as a reservoir engineer for Esso Resources (Exxon Canada) in Calgary. Thereafter, Mr. Grigg served as a Vice President of Exploitation and Engineering at Petro-Hunt Resources, Ltd, evaluating business development opportunities. Mr. Grigg ultimately became Chief Exploration Engineer for EOG Resources, specializing in reservoir evaluation for shallow coal resources (CBM) and tight gas sands. Prior to involving himself in Molori Energy, he served as CEO of Kerogen Exploration, Inc. a Riverstone Capital backed upstream exploration company. Mr. Grigg is responsible for having conducted an extensive study on the Red Cave formation on behalf of Molori Energy and as such has directed Molori’s land acquisition strategy in the Panhandle.
